Reiki 1

Reiki I is your first step on your Reiki journey; you will learn about the history of Reiki, how Dr Usui was first given the gift of Reiki and how he passed it to future generations.  You will learn about Chakras and their importance in your Spiritual journey, how to balance them and how to protect your energy.  You will be introduced to the Symbols and why they are important as well as Seichim and its origins.  Finally you will receive your first degree attunements and practice your healing gift, you will be shown how to use this and how to increase its power. At the end of the course you will understand the ethics of healing and be able to give healing to yourself and your family and friends. As with all healing attunements you will have a period of 21 days self healing and reflection after the course.
