However, it’s crucial to use essential oils correctly—in the right quantities and with consideration for any health conditions.

To ensure your safety, we ask all clients to complete a medical questionnaire before we formulate any blend. In some cases, if you’re taking certain medications or have specific conditions, we may need your GP’s approval before proceeding. While this process may seem detailed, rest assured—it’s designed to protect your well-being.

We also require clients to agree to our disclaimer, which states that if a reaction occurs due to an undisclosed medical condition or medication, Life & Soul Empowerment cannot be held liable.

How It Works

In-Person Consultation & Patch Testing

  • During a consultation at our clinic, we assess your needs and recommend a custom essential oil blend.
  • A patch test is performed to ensure compatibility.
  • If no allergic reaction occurs within 48 hours, you can begin using your blend following the provided instructions.

Remote Blending & Testing

  • If you cannot attend in person, we create a 10ml sample and post it to you for a patch test.
  • After 48 hours, confirm there are no adverse reactions.
  • Once confirmed, payment is processed, and your full blend is shipped within three working days. (Postage costs vary by location.)
