Self Esteem – the Road to Self Confidence

Once an individual decides that they want to improve their self-esteem, confidence and how they view themselves, then this four week programme, which has been developed and run by Dawn since she started her work with Disabled people in 2000, is most probably the next step.  It has been refined and improved as Dawn developed her own skills and knowledge to the very sucessful programme it is today. Working with the individual she supports them and empowers them with the skills they need to be truly confident and have full self esteem. 

What’s involved?

If this is a journey an individual wants to take, then they need to know it is both emotional and fulfiling!  During the four sessions, to re-establish full self-esteem and with that an individual’s feelings of self-worth and confidence, Dawn uses many different techniques to allow the individual to facilitate change. Each session works on reprogramming the limited beliefs the individual and others have installed in their brain over the years, which have eroded their esteem and confidence.  By re-connecting with themselves and learning to love themselves warts and all they will quickly grow in confidence.  The skills they learn are tools for the rest of their lives and will always help them be the best they possibly can.

  • The first session is an hour and half long
    • it also includes a review of the individual’s whole holistic health and looks to remove “stuff” that the individual no longer needs or shouldn’t have had in the first place
  • Then over a period of 6 to 12 weeks (this is led by the individual) there are a further three hour long sessions
    • the individual also works on themselves in-between the sessions to support the reinstatement of their self esteem, breaking old habits that had caused, over time, the erosion of it and establish new healthy habits that re-enforce their feelings of self worth and confidence!
  • The second session builds on the first by really examining how the individual sees them as opposed to how others see them; then from that discovers what limited beliefs the individual may hold about themselves
    • during the session and in-between it and the next they work on breaking these limiting beliefs and installing new positive ones to replace them
  • The third session adds a further layer of new beliefs, using powerful NLP techniques to reinforce the previous two sessions
  • By the end of the fourth session the individual will have re-establish their self esteem and confidence and will be have set some goals and will, if required, be ready to move to a coaching regime.
