Self Esteem – the Road to Self Confidence
If an individual is ready to improve their self-esteem, confidence, and how they view themselves, then “Self-Esteem – The Road to Self-Confidence” is the ideal programme. Developed and refined by Dawn since 2000, when she first began working with disabled individuals, this four-week programme has evolved into the highly successful course it is today.
As Dawn expanded her skills and knowledge over the years, she honed the programme to empower individuals with the tools they need to build true confidence and restore self-esteem. Throughout the programme, Dawn provides personalised support, helping each participant develop the skills necessary to confidently move forward in all areas of their life.
What’s involved?
If this is a journey an individual wants to take, then they need to know it is both emotional and fulfiling! During the four sessions, to re-establish full self-esteem and with that an individual’s feelings of self-worth and confidence, Dawn uses many different techniques to allow the individual to facilitate change. Each session works on reprogramming the limited beliefs the individual and others have installed in their brain over the years, which have eroded their esteem and confidence. By re-connecting with themselves and learning to love themselves warts and all they will quickly grow in confidence. The skills they learn are tools for the rest of their lives and will always help them be the best they possibly can.
Session Breakdown
- First Session (90 minutes):
The initial session includes a thorough review of the individual’s holistic health and seeks to remove any mental or emotional “baggage” that no longer serves them. This session sets the foundation for rebuilding self-esteem and is the first step towards empowering the individual to feel truly confident. - Subsequent Sessions (1 hour each):
Over the next 6 to 12 weeks (paced according to the individual’s progress), there are three additional sessions that focus on reprogramming limiting beliefs. Between sessions, individuals will work on reinforcing these changes and breaking old habits that have undermined their confidence. - Second Session:
This session explores how the individual perceives themselves versus how others see them. Together, we’ll uncover any limiting beliefs that may have formed over time, and work to replace them with new, positive beliefs. - Third Session:
Using powerful NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques, we reinforce the changes from the previous sessions, instilling even deeper self-belief and confidence. - Fourth Session:
By the end of the fourth session, the individual will have re-established their self-esteem and confidence. They will also have set personal goals and, if needed, will be ready to transition into coaching to continue their growth journey.
